Press up Progressions
We help you build strength in your whole body. In this video we show you how you will be able to progress from basic pushups right up to the very advanced. When you use us as your personal trainer we make sure you see results by helping you progress up the different levels we use. We start you off at a level that is right for you and build your strength from there.
Olympic lifting is great for women
