Cardio Strength for Fat Loss
Results, results, results are what you will get from this class. Our cardio strength class is designed keep your metabolism revved up for up to 48 hours after your workout. Using interval training techniques this class is all about building cardio fitness, body transformation and burning fat.
Core Conditioning
30 minute class involving a total core workout with a focus on toning, shaping and strengthening the entire core area.
Indoor Boot Camp
Transform your body with our Indoor Boot Camp class. Not only does this class burns calories to get you in shape, but this bodyweight training class will improve balance & co-ordination, build strength and help you to move and feel better.
Kettlebell Class
The perfect alternative to the run-of-the-mill gym training. Focusing on working the entire body; these classes are designed to burn calories, strengthen & tone.
Stretch & Tone and Stretch & Recover
Our Stretch classes are all about recovery and regeneration. The demands of everyday life and working out puts stress on our bodies, which can lead to stiff muscles, tired joints and injury. Using modern stretching and foam rolling techniques, these classes will help you feel recovered, refreshed and ready to face the day!
