When we workout with clients we like to challenge them to do more than they believe they are capable of doing. When you workout at home alone you will probably find that if something gets a little difficult or your legs begin to ache you immediately stop but when you have your own personal trainer they don’t let you off so easily!
In the past I have taken myself through an exercise routine that is so challenging my body screams at me to give up but when I push past that and keep going what I find is an increase in my level of fitness. You won’t get any where if you are always working within your comfort zone and you also don’t want to push yourself so hard you end up with an injury. What will really help you is having your own personal trainer who will be able to measure how much is enough for where your body is right now and how much will challenge you to help you increase your fitness level.
