I had an amazing session this morning with one of my clients, I introduced her to split squats a few weeks ago and noticed she was warming up with them before our session.
I like to use a simple rule of compliance, if I give a client/athlete homework or an exercise to perform do they do it? If not was it my explanation of the importance of the exercise or did I pick the wrong exercise?
I have found when I give an exercise that works and you can feel or get instant results/feedback, getting people to do the exercise is so easy.
