Some great workouts below focussing on toning & shaping those legs.
On your bike……
• 7 min round on an (upright) exercise bike at as high a level as possible keeping the revolutions at 55-65 rpm
• Rest 2 min and repeat for 6 min
• Rest 2 min and repeat for 5 min
• If you’re feeling brave continue with the rounds down to 1 minute
This is a great quick workout or finisher at the end of a workout to shape the legs and burn some fat
Just 15 minutes
Complete as many rounds in fifteen minutes and try to complete more roundsevery time. Always keep strict technique.
• Dumbbell thrusters x 10 reps
• Leg lowering x 5 reps each side
• Dumbbell bent over row x 10 reps
• Walking Lunge x 10 reps Each leg
The Leg Crack
Developed by JC Santana this is not for the feint hearted. There is no rest until the end of the circuit and you only need to do one round (you will see why after).
• Bodyweight squats x 24 reps
• Alternate lunge x 24 reps (12 per leg)
• Bodyweight squat jumps x 24 reps
• Alternate jump lunge (shallow depth) x 24 reps (12 per leg)
