Burn fat

The easiest way to burn fat is to watch what you eat and focus on a healthy eating program that includes protein and essential fats (omega 3, 6 and 9) while eating vegetables and fruit along with eating wholegrain carbs. You need to burn more than you eat. It is important you focus on your nutritional habits if you want to burn fat. To help you build muscle you need to build strength and strength training plays a vital role in helping you do that. Exercises like squats and overhead press all help you build muscle and using olympic lifting will also help speed things up.  Women tend to have less muscle mass than men so you really don’t have to worry about gaining huge muscles when you lose weight – it is a total myth that you bulk up unless you want to and aim for that. Otherwise what you end up with is defined muscles and a great looking body.
