A few days ago I shared my monday workout in the gym with you. Today’s gym workout is more of a upper body hypertrophy (growth) day and legs as I wanted to rest them after the weekends course.
The weights I use is similar to what most women do to tone up and wonder why light weights and high reps do not work as well. For tone and shape you need heavier weights to force resting muscle tonus, that is why most of the big guys in gyms these days look like Tarzan and lift like Jane.

A1)Shouder Press 5 x 10 reps
A2) One arm TRX row
B1) One arm dumbbell bench press
B2) Dumbbell 3 point row
Pin front and back squats ramping up 5′s to a moderate weight
