Knowing your WHY keeps you focused on your end result. It helps you achieve whatever it is you have set your mind to for however long it takes.

Clients who are not fully focused on why they are exercising end up cancelling appointments at the last minute but if you know your WHY you tend to stick to your appointment because you know why you are doing it in the first place.

We all know that exercise is great for the body but when you are unfit, overweight, feeling low, and having to make a lifestyle shift to start exercise it can be really hard to keep going, which is exactly why you take on a personal trainer to help you get through that.

Knowing isn’t enough. We know exercise is good for us, we know eating well is better for our bodies, we know smoking will cause some major diseases and yet people still don’t exercise, eat well and they smoke. Some people have a WHY because they are getting married or going on holiday and that keeps them focused on their goal to keep fit months before it is due to happen.
